Job Title: Offsite Team Member

Based out of our Jefferson Store Offsite various locations, will work events in the Metro Detroit Area and assist with Catering in Stores as needed.

Job Description:

We seek motivated and reliable Offsite Team Members to join our dynamic team. As an Offsite Team Member, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of events, from setup to breakdown. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up event spaces, taking orders, preparing and serving food, and assisting with breaking down event sites. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup:
• assisting with food prep at the store prior to departing for the event.
• Packing all required items prior to leaving the store for the event
• Arrange and organize event spaces to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to event specifications.
• Arrive at event locations on time and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are ready for setup.

• Taking Orders:
• Take food orders accurately and efficiently. via an iPad-based POS System. 
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Preparing Orders:
• Crafting our Sandwiches for customers as they are ordered

• Customer Service:
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests courteously and promptly.

• Breakdown of Site:
• Leave event locations in the same condition as when arrived, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Safely pack and transport equipment and supplies back to the company's base.

Requirements:

• Clean license to drive 
• Previous experience in hospitality or catering is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, based on event schedules.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment, tables, and chairs.
• A positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
