**Your Role as Assistant Manager:**

As our Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll be able to contribute to team development, optimize workflows, and uphold our commitment to providing delicious, healthy options to our valued customers. Flexible availability is a must ability to work opening and closing shifts as well as weekends. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

-Oversee the Preparing and accurate completion of Customer Orders. this will include being hands-on with the making of orders as well as confirming orders are bagged accurately.  

- Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment

- Assist in training new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient supplies

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals

- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee schedules

- Actively participate in staff meetings, sharing ideas and insights to improve operations

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the food service industry is preferred

- A genuine passion for healthy food and a strong understanding of low carb and gluten-free dietary preferences

- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and customers

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality

- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and other restaurant software

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
