We are looking for a Marketing Tech Ops Manager who will own the operations and automation of our marketing engine. We are looking for someone who will own and develop our MarTech stack and serve as a key technical partner to the marketing team. You’ll work closely with marketing, RevOps, and the analytics team, with the opportunity to grow into broader ownership over time.
What you’ll do:
- Process Design & Best Practice:
Define and implement scalable processes for our MarTech operations, ensuring they are practical, efficient, and easy to maintain. You will own the design, execution, and continuous growth of marketing systems, processes, and integrations across the tech stack.
- Campaigns Ops:
Own the technical backend of our marketing engine, using HubSpot as our automation platform in close partnership with the RevOps team (who lead Salesforce). You will be responsible for the architectural setup of all marketing initiatives, including Webinars, Events, and Paid Media.
Your goal is to continuously optimize data quality and system integrations to ensure every campaign is scalable and trackable,
- AI & Automation:
Build and improve automation workflows, including leveraging AI and LLM-based tools, to reduce manual work and scale team processes.
- Project Management:
Manage and prioritize Marketing Ops requests, acting as a central point of contact for marketing tech, data, and operations-related needs. Ensure clear scope, timelines, and execution across projects.
- Revenue & Marketing Alignment:
Partner with RevOps to improve the marketing tech stack (CRM, enrichment, and data tools) and ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales. Support the sales team with relevant insights and data triggers to optimize the revenue cycle.
- Data & Measurement:
Own and improve how marketing performance is measured, including data collection, dashboards, and KPI tracking. Design and maintain reporting that drives visibility into health scores, engagement, awareness, and funnel performance.
