As the Director of Global Marketing, you will oversee our global brand presence and drive our industry awareness. You will bridge the gap between high-level storytelling and boots-on-the-ground execution. You will:
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Team: Direct and mentor our Content and Regional Marketing teams. You’ll ensure our brand stories and our physical/digital events are always in sync.
- Define the Narrative: Own our global tone of voice and messaging strategy. You’ll sit on the Brand Council to help define and evolve our visual and verbal identity.
- Scale Awareness: Execute a dual-track strategy: high-reach global campaigns (“1-to-Many”) and targeted regional programs (“1-to-Few”) to grow our footprint in key sectors.
- Own the Global Roadmap: Develop and manage the annual global marketing plan. You’ll align the Content and Regional teams under a single, unified strategy to ensure consistent storytelling in every territory.
- Connect Strategy to Action: Set the operating rhythm and quality standards for all marketing output. You’ll ensure high-level brand goals are translated into high-performing local activations.
- Track & Optimize Impact: Build a data-driven culture. Define and track the KPIs that turn complex performance data into clear insights and measurable success.
