What You’ll Do:

As a Product Director at WSC Sports, you will be at the forefront of driving product strategy and execution, ensuring that our products align with the business vision and exceed customer expectations. You will:

  • Ownership: You’ll be at the heart of our video highlights definition and creation. Help us lead the future of our core offering – content automation at scale.
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Lead a group of Product Managers and Content Managers. Drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered sports video solutions, including Generative AI technologies for content personalization and automation, turning customer and technical challenges into scalable products.
  • Product Development & Execution: Own the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization. Drive feature prioritization to ensure alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Serve as the voice of the fans and the content editors by gathering insights through direct engagement with clients and users. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and strategic directions.
  • Technical Discovery & Integration: Lead technical discovery and integration for complex solutions, working closely with engineering and external partners to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Performance & Data-Driven Decisions: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Business, Design, and Marketing to align product initiatives with company goals and customer needs, managing the end-to-end process to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
  • Go-to-Market & Product Launch: Drive go-to-market efforts, ensuring successful product launches and post-launches by collaborating with Account, Marketing and BizDev teams.
