What You’ll Do

Lead and scale the US Delivery & Client Solutions team, managing Delivery Managers responsible for the end-to-end onboarding, integration, and launch of WSC Sports’ advanced products across our global client base, including major leagues, broadcasters, and platforms.

Own execution quality across complex client projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, on scope, and built to scale. Serve as a senior escalation point and technical authority for complex integrations and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Execution

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical project managers and delivery specialists.
  • Own and improve delivery workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
  • Identify and remove blockers impacting timelines, quality, or team performance.
  • Partner with senior global stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.

Client Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery for onboarding, implementations, custom integrations, and new product or vertical launches.
  • Act as the senior technical point of contact for strategic clients and executive-level engagements.
  • Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
  • Ensure delivery balances technical feasibility, scalability, and business impact.

Technical & Product Collaboration

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the WSC Sports platform and its implementation.
  • Maintain strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, video workflows, data validation, and system architecture.
  • Bridge technical and business stakeholders by translating complex system concepts into clear, actionable discussions.
  • Partner with Product teams to improve delivery processes and support scalable product adoption.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5+ years in Delivery, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering / Architecture, Project Management, or similar client-facing technical roles.
  • 2+ years leading people and/or owning complex delivery initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-month, cross-functional technical projects for external clients.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or sports technology.
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs, system integrations, and web / platform architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in video, media, streaming, or sports tech platforms.
  • Project management certification (Scrum, PMP, etc.) or technical / business degree.

Compensation, Benefits And Perks:

The salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and education.
