What you’ll do:

• Play a key role in shaping and scaling WSC Sports’ newly established U.S. legal function.

• Draft, review, and independently negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, primarily with U.S.-based customers, vendors, and technology partners.

• Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Business Development, R&D, Account Management, Operations, Finance, and more and support the Company’s day-to-day operations and future planning..

• Help develop and optimize internal legal operations, including templates, playbooks, processes, and scalable workflows.

What you’ll need:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial and technology law, including at least two years of in-house experience with a global technology or SaaS company.

• Licensed U.S. attorney with a J.D. or equivalent law degree.

• Strong commercial contracting experience with deep understanding of intellectual property and technology transactions, alongside a practical, solutions-oriented “close the deal” approach.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across cross-functional teams.

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Ability to lead matters independently with high integrity, professional judgment, and ownership.

• Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

• Experience with AI-related legal issues and data protection/privacy matters is a strong advantage.

Compensation, Benefits And Perks:

The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $180,000.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and education.
