We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to take ownership of our revenue operations function and help scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Business Applications, ensuring that our revenue processes, systems, and insights drive growth and efficiency.

You’ll be responsible for revenue forecasting, GTM process design, and deal strategy, while also enabling teams with the right tools, data, and frameworks to maximize ARR and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Own all revenue reporting and analysis, delivering actionable insights on pipeline health, sales performance, customer retention, and ARR
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts while translating trends into predictive insights and action items
  • Design, optimize, and manage GTM processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs, operational efficiency, and scalability
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership, ensuring deals are structured to maximize long-term ARR while balancing risk and profitability
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Applications to align on GTM strategies, process improvements, and revenue-impacting initiatives
  • Use and optimize the RevOps tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Outreach) and advance automation and workflow innovation (e.g., Zapier, n8n)
  • Establish standards and best practices for data quality, reporting accuracy, and process compliance across the GTM organization

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations or related roles in B2B SaaS or high-growth companies
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in revenue analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Ability to analyze large data sets to uncover trends, generate insights, and translate findings into clear business recommendations
  • Technical orientation with familiarity in automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.) and interest in leveraging AI for operational improvements
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner cross-functionally (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to influence GTM strategy.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
