What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of technical solutions specialists, providing mentorship, training, and oversight to ensure high-quality support for client onboarding, integration, and ongoing needs.
  • Act as the senior technical point of contact for strategic clients, participating in high-level customer meetings and managing complex technical discussions across all stakeholder levels.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for client implementations and custom integrations — from discovery to delivery — ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to capture, translate, and prioritize client requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive internal initiatives to optimize workflows and documentation, and proactively resolve blockers that may impact team or project performance.
  • Run SQL queries, evaluate code samples, and support data validation efforts to accelerate solution development and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Own the process of defining and delivering stream tests, technical integrations, and tailored solutions, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong technical project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering technical projects to external clients.
  • A technical mindset and the ability to understand and communicate complex API, web architecture, and platform integration concepts.
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise clients, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic code and scripts (debugging/issue identification only).
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with data-driven platforms.

Compensation, Benefits And Perks

This role ranges in salary from $130K-160K. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and education.
