As a Business Applications Implementer, you will improve processes and adoption, develop and deploy new business processes, and ensure best practices in database management and data analyses. You will also be responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support, understanding our users' needs, gathering technical requirements, and handling tickets.
What you’ll do:
- Lead projects end-to-end: Handle all aspects of definition and design, implementation, development, training, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions using our business applications.
- Manage, configure, and optimize business applications: Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of our core tools including Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Workato, n8n, Zapier, and monday.com by designing and building automations and integrations that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work.
- Leverage AI for business optimization: Work with cutting-edge AI tools such as Open AI and Gemini to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and create innovative business solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Applications Implementer or a similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira and integration tools.
- Fast learner with solid self-learning abilities
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to resolve complex system and user issues.
- Strong Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Bonus Points:
- BSc. Industrial Engineering, Economist, or another business-oriented field
- Advanced Atlassian Skills: Experience with Jira Product Discovery (JPD), and advanced Jira addons like ScriptRunner, Tricentis, or JSU.
