We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven RevOps Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our Revenue department

In this role, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring processes align with our BD department goals.

You will work closely with leadership and various departments to optimize workflows, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the business departments.

What you'll do:

  • Provide operational support, process optimization, and analytics to business units, including the design and implementation of sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Track and report on OKR performance, preparing business reviews and dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
  • Oversee cross-department execution, including the creation of performance dashboards and reports.
  • Optimize workflows and cross-functional processes to drive execution excellence and scalability.
  • Act as project manager for various initiatives (e.g., feature releases), ensuring team alignment and timely delivery.
  • Ensure consistent application of established methodologies across global, distributed teams.
  • Support operational budget creation and management, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure Salesforce and tools align with the GTM business needs.
  • Manage and maintain the BD Team knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to support business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • BSc. Industrial Engineering, Economist or other business-oriented fields
  • +2 years of sales/business ops experience or similar position
  • Ability to drive processes end-to-end from concept to execution
  • Ability to extract and turn reports and dashboards into insights and actions
  • Advanced skills in Excel as a basic understanding of relational database concepts
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand sales processes at a company and individual sales rep level
  • Strong planning and process orientation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Capable of independently preparing reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
