We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Ad Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the entire ad operations. This role includes ad trafficking and optimizing the value of our supply partners through effective yield management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programmatic echo systems and real-time bidding (RTB) processes, with a particular emphasis on video mobile in-app and web video advertising.

What you'll do:

  • Utilize your expertise in GAM to set up all ad server configurations that meet the specifications provided by demand and supply partners.
  • Manage implementation, monitoring, and optimization of all ad activity, including programmatic RTB, and ad campaigns (IOs, PMPs, PGs) across various platforms (GAM, SSPs, DSPs, etc.).
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions, articulate requirements for the ad configuration process, integrations, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Execute end-to-end flow of ad campaigns, from proposal creation, monitoring, optimizing ad performance to final campaign success delivery, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
  • Implement and manage yield strategy to drive revenue growth, and improve yield.
  • Ensure revenue, ecpm, and fill rates goals are met.
  • Generate and analyze reports on ad performance, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide data insights and reports with internal teams and external partners, including performance, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, partners’ QBRs, finance, management, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of inventory management, monitoring, and optimizing. Preferably the publisher side.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic echo systems and real-time bidding (RTB) processes.
  • Expertise in video format (VAST), in mobile in-app and web environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Experience in technical integrations of SSPs, and DSPs (VAST, RTB, pre-bid, and SDK).
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, particularly with the programmatic RTB echo system.
  • Analytics and modeling skills, comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver results of analyses effectively.

  • Experience in trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns (Direct IO, PMPs, PGs)
  • Experience with Google MCM (Multiple Customer Management) configuration
