We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to join our Growth team in our NYC office. As a Creator Partnership Regional Manager, you'll be the owner of WSCs’ clients program portfolio in the region. You’ll be building a strategy to scale WSC Creators network and our offering in order to improve the creators’ network engagement.

What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate and manage existing relationships with rights holders, creator agencies and individual creators in the region.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to grow WSC Creators network right holder partners.
  • Run end-to-end cycles aimed at growing the WSC creator network: from creator scouting to screening to negotiations and through training and onboarding.
  • Manage the existing creator community and own creator relationships.
  • Drive engagement and performance optimization efforts.
  • Develop and implement new monetization initiatives utilizing WSCs’ social creator community.

Requirements

  • Huge passion for sports.
  • 3-4 years working in the creator's economy space - working and building relationships with creators/creators' agencies/MCNs.
  • Experience in client-facing roles managing relationships with enterprise accounts or sports organizations.
  • Proven experience leading business processes and sales cycles.
  • A deep understanding of the social media monetization ecosystem.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize between multiple alternatives.
  • Data drive, analytical approach, and process rigor.

Bonus if you have:

  • Ex social media (YT, META, Tiktok, Snap etc) in a creator facing roll.
  • Experience in brand deals, sponsorships on social media.
  • Additional languages - predominantly Spanish.

Compensation, Benefits And Perks:

The range in salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and education. On top of the base salary, the benefits available for this position are:
