💡About the Role

Your Mission

The main goal of the partners manager is to embrace our individual partner impact throughout the project milestones of mapping, training and asset delivery, ensuring the engagement and long term partnership with each partner.

💡 Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture genuine relationships with partners to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide a proper, warm and informative welcome to new partners joining the Destination Verified Program.
  • Identify and engage the appropriate contacts within partner organizations for training and implementation of accessibility changes
  • Follows Up Previous Site Visits (RIS, Mapper Experience): ensure all partners receive comprehensive follow-up after site visits to address any concerns and optimize their experience.
  • Allocates 30% of Role to Finish/Polish and Ready Mappers: dedicate a portion of the role to support mappers, ensuring they are well-prepared and effective in their roles
  • Communicates with Mapper Lead to Give Feedback: maintain open communication with the mapper lead to provide feedback and improve the mapping process.
  • Delivers and Follows Up with Seals: ensure partners receive and display their Accessibility Verified seals and follow up to verify proper use.
  • Coordinate the delivery of Accessibility Verified seals to partners, and also Provide guidance on how and where to display the seals.
  • Follow up to ensure seals are displayed correctly and gather feedback on the process
  • Maintain a proactive approach to partner engagement, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Understand partners needs, challenges, and goals to tailor support effectively, through regular and meaningful communication.
  • Lead mapping sequences to get site-visits by sending informative sequence and lifting urgent cases to lift to the KAM or advice mappers before starting fieldwork.
  • Review and follow up on the results of site visits, including Roll-In Shower (RIS) reports and mapper feedback, addressing any issues or concerns raised during site visits promptly and effectively.

💡 This role is for you if

  • You have experience in the hospitality and travel industry.
  • You've had to manage high amount of customers/partners relationships.
  • Your english level is at least C1.
  • You've had to build a communication strategy with partners.
  • Have experience prioritizing based on partners segments.
