ABOUT THE ROLE:

Splash Financial is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Collections Manager to lead our Servicing and Collections team as we ride the wave of rapid growth. This role will play a pivotal part in our company’s future success, ensuring lender recovery expectations are met and our Servicing team is empowered to handle the evolving needs of our customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH:

• Draft and implement innovative servicing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Review and report collections performance to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and driving strategic decisions.
• Track customer issues meticulously and develop creative solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
• Create and distribute comprehensive lender reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversee internal and first-party collections performance, striving for excellence and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in Collections
