OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our Consumer Call Center Support Team- Magic Meetings! This role will focus on ensuring operational efficiency, supporting the call center team, coordinating with advisors, and managing tasks to support day-to-day operations of the department. While this position will assist with advisor coordination, it will not serve as the primary relationship owner.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive in identifying process improvements, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer and advisor support.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
- Oversee the day-to-day operation coordinations of the Magic Meetings Team, ensuring seamless execution of sales and customer service functions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team productivity
- Maintain and update internal systems and CRM tools to track customer and advisor activity and engagement
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and tracking key performance metrics for management
- Oversee service operations and act as a secondary point of contact for advisors, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
- Support the onboarding and administrative process for new advisors, ensuring they receive necessary resources and guidance

MUST HAVES
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, or a related role, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or consumer services industry
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce).

SIGNAL HUBS
Signal Advisors is a remote company with team members all across the country. Over the years, we’ve realized the benefits and limitations of being fully remote. In order to foster culture and innovation that best serves our customers, a portion of our team is hybrid depending on their location. For this role, we require team members to be physically located in Detroit, or surrounding suburbs, or near one of our “Signal Hubs” across the US.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
