GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer on our Creative Services team at Signal Advisors plays a key role in visually amplifying our brand and driving results across multiple channels. You'll be instrumental in crafting compelling designs for events, social media, client-facing materials, and internal initiatives while collaborating closely with our Advisor Success and Events teams This fast-paced role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact how we engage with advisors and their clients.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

  • Become an event design pro: You'll be the go-to person for all things event design, supporting our busy schedule of 5 retention events, 12 recruiting events, Camp Signal, Team Retreats, and Detroit office visits. This includes promoting events through eye-catching visuals, designing essential collateral used at the events, and creating impactful deliverables to leave a lasting impression. Tight deadlines are a reality, so your ability to prioritize and manage projects effectively is crucial. Experience setting up and preparing art files for various types of printing is a must.
  • Fuel our social media and community presence: Partner with our Head of Education to design engaging visuals that support our social media and Signal Community initiatives. You'll collaborate on strategy implementation and leverage video assets created by our video team, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Empower advisors with client-facing content: Work with Signal team members to create high-quality, evergreen consumer-facing materials like white papers, brochures, and one-pagers. These resources will equip advisors with tools to educate their clients effectively and elevate their marketing campaigns.
By taking ownership of these diverse design needs, you'll play a vital role in driving brand awareness, fostering advisor success, and ultimately, helping us achieve our mission of solving the retirement crisis.

MUST HAVES

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a design related field
  • A developed portfolio of work that can be shared and reviewed by our team
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience working with financial advisors

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
