What we're looking for
We’re seeking an NYC-based photographer to work with us to produce images of dishes from our menu for schools. We are constantly developing new menu items and need to update our app with new photos. We do have some photography studio equipment (ex. lights), but you should bring your own camera and equipment. Photos will also need to be edited and touched up in post-production.
What you’ll do
Travel to our place in Brooklyn periodically to take photos of our food
Understand how to really make food photographs pop + design the studio as necessary
Edit and produce photos for use in the Ordo app
Potentially work with our marketing team to produce other content
Who you are
A photographer based in NYC that has photographed food before, such as for marketing assets for restaurants or DoorDash listings.
Know all of the tips and tricks behind food photography (ex. spray deodorant to reduce glare).
Flexible on style and able to copy/create any style requested.
Have your own camera gear and equipment necessary to take great photos and edit them.
Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Not allergic to cats, as they will be in the workspace.
