Role
As the third engineer at Ordo, you will be involved in every step of the product development process with our tight-knit product squad. Translate designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality features, micro-apps, internal tools, and services for real customers. Refine our existing applications with high-impact new features and flows
Qualifications
3+ years of experience building high-quality software in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment, ideally at early-stage startups > FAANG
Experience using React, React Native, Rails, and GraphQL
Track record of engineering slick products that people love
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams
Sound judgment when balancing moving quickly with producing quality code and long-term code maintainability, with attention to detail
Growth mindset: eager to rapidly develop your skills and increase responsibilities
