Job Summary
As an Enterprise Seller at Marxent Labs, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our 3D Cloud SaaS solution among leading do-it-yourself retailers in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to sell and upsell technical solutions that enable consumers and small businesses to create interactive and immersive room configurations, decking plans, and room layouts using our comprehensive 3D technology suite. This role is ideal for a dynamic, tech-savvy sales professional who is passionate about cutting-edge technology and enhancing the retail customer experience
This position is remote. This role cannot be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales and Upselling: Exceed revenue quota goals every quarter by proactively identifying sales opportunities and developing strategies to sell our 3D Cloud solutions
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major furniture retailers at all business and technical levels.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Marxent's 3D Cloud technology and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate and demo the benefits and value of our solution to clients.
- Customization and Implementation: Collaborate with clients to tailor our SaaS solution to meet their specific needs and ensure seamless integration into their systems.
- Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical insights and guidance on how to maximize the benefits of 3D Cloud visualization.
- Sales Forecasting: Maintain detailed records in CRM and your sales pipeline to develop a strong forecasting capability
- Partnership Ecosystem: Utilise partner ecosystems. Including, but not limited to, Google, Consultants and System Integrators
- One Team: Coordinate, plan, and schedule sales support functions with Technical, Product and vertical teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Managed Information Systems, Business, Management, Communication, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to retail clients, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to build consultative relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering a tailored solution
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in presenting product capabilities and conducting engaging demonstrations to clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office-based environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deals at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both part of and within cross-functional teams and independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with a strong ability to identify and solve problems
- Exceptional listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Open to travel (approximately 20-40% of the time)
- Having familiarity with 3D/AR technology or visualization tools is a plus.
