As a Product Specialist, you’ll support the Account Management and Web Development teams to further grow the Digital Onboarding platform.

Creative Campaign Manager

As a Campaign Creative Manager, you'll be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of customer marketing campaigns (emails, SMS messages, microsites) to encourage best-practice usage of the Digital Onboarding platform.

Vice President of Professional Services

The Vice President of Professional Services will design services offerings and build an organization that helps our financial institution customers leverage the full capabilities of the Digital Onboarding platform by delivering campaign strategy, creative development, analytics, and optimization services.

Vice President of Project Management

The Vice President of Project Management will be responsible for leading all customer implementation projects including initial platform set-up for a new customer, core integration projects, implementation projects for additional “add-on” services, and other projects as needed.

Director of Marketing Sales Operations

The Director of Marketing Sales Operations will purchase and integrate external financial institution data sources, help to maintain data accuracy, ensure adherence to standard marketing and sales processes, and create standard and ad hoc sales and marketing reports.

Sales Marketing Operations Manager

The Sales Marketing Operations Manager will assist with administrative duties in Salesforce.com, by being the company’s Salesforce.com admin, primarily responsible for building out sales and marketing processes, reports and dashboards, but also supporting the business with their Salesforce.com management needs.

Marketing Content Producer

The Marketing Content Producer will create original illustrations and video matching our brand guidelines. The Marketing Content Producer will also create and set up emails in our platform, design slides for presentations, and help coordinate and project manage the production of and our participation in webinars and conferences.

Senior Account Manager

Serve as a day-to-day and strategic contact with your portfolio of financial services institution customers. Maximize customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and retain or grow total Annual Recurring Revenue for your portfolio of customers.

Senior Technical Integrations Manager

The Senior Technical Integrations Manager is responsible for the processes, tools, and interface relationships both internal and external, to provide the easiest paths possible for our financial institution users to get data into the Digital Onboarding Platform.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

A Senior Full-Stack Engineer is responsible for product development and maintenance of new and existing features of the Digital Onboarding platform.

Sales Executive

The Sales Executive serves as the primary point of contact for prospecting Digital Onboarding’s new customers. Key responsibilities include presenting our value proposition and doing a demo of our platform showcasing all features and functionality.

Project Manager of Client Services

The project manager will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of Client Services solutions to customers. In this role, you will work closely with Account Management, Insights Analytics and Creative Campaign Management to deliver systems, process and application solutions to meet customer business objectives.
