About Chiyo:

Chiyo is defining the future of maternal nutrition, with stage-specific, evidence-based meal programs, personalized education, and a community of support for every stage of motherhood, from fertility through postpartum. Our Brand Ambassadors bring this mission to life by engaging with the community, educating potential customers, and driving brand awareness at in-person events.

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated student currently enrolled in a nutrition, dietetics, or related program who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the wellness space. As a Chiyo Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent Chiyo at community events and activations, engaging and educating potential customers while driving brand awareness. In this part-time role (10-15 hours per week), you’ll capture high-quality leads, build genuine relationships, and apply your knowledge in a real-world setting—all while gaining valuable experience in nutrition, women’s health, and holistic wellness.

• Engagement: Represent Chiyo at events, pop-ups, and activations, creating meaningful connections.
• Booth Setup: Ensure Chiyo’s booth is visually appealing with branded materials and product displays.
• Product Sampling: Hand out samples aligned with attendee interests.
• Education: Inform attendees about Chiyo’s offerings, answering questions and building trust.
• Call-to-Action: Encourage sign-ups for trial programs and meal plans.
• Lead Capture: Collect attendee details for follow-up and reporting.

• Lead Generation: Number of quality leads captured.
• New Customers: Leads that convert to customers.
• Community Impact: Engagement and interactions at events and online.
• Brand Awareness: Growth in Chiyo’s reach within key markets.
• Feedback & Insights: Qualitative data to refine messaging and offerings.

• Training: Brand education and messaging guidelines.
• Event Materials: Booth setup, marketing collateral, and branded merchandise.
• Product Samples: Access to Chiyo products for distribution.
• Pay: $20/hour + potential for commission.

• Passionate about holistic wellness, nutrition, and food-as-medicine.
• Studying or working in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people.
• Strong communicator and storyteller.
• Organized with attention to detail for lead tracking and event insights.
• Experience in event activation, sales, or brand ambassador roles is a plus.
• Must have weekend availability and reliable transportation.
