The Role: Senior Staff Accountant
At Autobooks, accounting isn’t just about numbers—it’s about fueling growth. As our Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll dive into the heartbeat of a fast-paced, high-growth startup, owning key financial operations and spotting opportunities to make things better, faster, and smarter. Must-Have Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or progress toward certification is highly advantageous.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience (AR/AP/general accounting), with demonstrated progression into senior-level responsibilities.
  • Deep GAAP knowledge and comfort working across ERP systems; an analytical and strategic mindset
  • Strong technology fluency:
    • Experience with ERP/enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
    • BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
    • Excel proficiency—use of pivot tables, formulas, and modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills—effective relationship-building and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills—able to drive projects independently and adapt quickly.
