The Specialist, Supply Chain will be responsible for picking, put away, optimizing and organizing product inventory, keeping accurate real-time records of inventory-product movement, and providing supply chain operations support for customers, brands and power sellers.This role will also support our Operations Specialist team to process orders through our operation in an accurate and timely manner. The work will be fundamental to the success of the business, supporting the Verification Experts to ensure items are unboxed correctly for processing as well as making sure that the items are handled and packaged correctly for outbound shipment.

What you'll do
- Execution of fulfilment activities including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping
- Support fulfilment activities for Internal Selling, Custodial and Power Sellers
- Achieve key metrics across inventory and fulfilment.
- SOP adherence for product flow in the Verification Center
- Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies, find root causes, develop and implement solutions to inventory management processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, customer service, transportation, product, and other teams as necessary to identify and resolve issues that impact inventory
- Support unloading trucks, palletizing boxes
- Opening boxes and scanning shipping labels
- Using apps and computers to complete the order fulfillment process
- Boxing items, working with packaging equipment and ensuring labels are accurately placed on boxes
About you
- High school completion required
- 6+ months professional experience in an fulfilment and/or Supply Chain role
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Sense of urgency to perform tasks at or above the outlined productivity and to timelines with strong time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack, and other common basic office software
Nice to have
- Experience with warehouse (WMS), operations (OMS) and enterprise (ERP) management systems and processes
- Experience in an E-Commerce/Marketplace environment
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Working conditions
- The Verification Center is a warehouse environment with working conditions found in a typical warehouse setting. Closed toed and closed heel shoes are required. Team members in this environment will be required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot more than 75% of the time.
- May push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds (or 23kg); on occasion a team-lift of up to 100 pounds (or 45kg) and may be required to bend, twist, kneel and squat regularly.
- This role may require you to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like on a frequent basis depending on site location.
Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary is $18/hr plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
